In our hectic world there is a great need for rest and peace today as never before, but what is the answer? The answer is Jesus!!!
In Matthew 11:28 – 30 He said “come unto Me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take My yoke upon you, and learn of Me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30 For My yoke is easy, and My burden is light.”
We know that His yoke is easy and that His burden is light because in Mark 10:15, He tells us to come as a little child and we know that Jesus would never make anything hard or heavy or difficult for a little child!!!
So let us come to Jesus; cast all our care over on Him and let Him take away our worry, and our heavy burdens to live in peace and joy for evermore!!!
