As March 23rd is just two weeks away, when we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, let our hearts be open to all the incredible love of God the Father.
What love it took for our Father in Heaven to give His only Begotten Son as a prefect sacrifice for man-kind. And what a way to give that sacrifice; of all the ways “on the cross”!!! What love it took to put Jesus on the cross!!! We don’t understand it, but we accept it so that our sins are washed away by His blood!!!
And what love it took for our Father to allow Jesus to be stripped and beat, and stripped and beat beyond recognition on the way to the cross to fulfill Isaiah 53:5 and 1 Peter 2:24 that provided for our physical healing while we are still in the flesh!!! What love!!!
God provided for all our needs whether it be spiritual or physical regardless of the cost!!! He is love, flows in love and responds in and to love!!! That’s what the Gospel is all about!!!
