In 1 John 4:8 and 16 it is written twice “GOD IS LOVE.”
Yes, GOD IS LOVE and that’s what He and the Gospel is all about. God is Love and He flows in love and He responds to love.
He loved us before we ever loved Him (1 John 4:19) and we are to love Him above everyone and every thing with all of our heart and with all of our soul and with all of our mind according to Matthew 22:37.
We must think and live in love with God and our fellow man. In John 15:7 Jesus said “If ye abide in Me, and My Words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.”
Without love, there is no way that a person could abide in Jesus or His Word abide in him so when he would ask of the LORD it would not be done unto him!!!
So let us live in love to God first and to all second and live a VICTORIOUS Christian life for ever!!!
