In 1 John 3:18 we read, "My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue but in deed and truth."
Deed means ACTION! God is a God of action! In John 3:16 we read of action! In John 3:16 we read, "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him, should not perish, but have everlasting life."
God did something, there was ACTION, "He GAVE His only begotten Son..." and God wants us to be ACTIVE and DO something and not just talk and we'll be blessed.
In James 1:25 we are told "...Whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein he being not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed."
So let us obey the Word and be blessed for evermore!!!
