The Price is Fully Paid!
In Romans 3:23 we read, “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of G-d, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.” Debt is something that often causes us deep anguish and in many instances even causes us to lose our sleep. That applies to any kind of debt and to every area of human life. When it comes to salvation, even the toughest person will shake when he or she thinks about the punishment for his or her sins. Thank the Lord that we are told in Romans 3 that the debt for our sins has been paid in full. Our Lord and Savior took care of it, and because He paid it all, we don't have to pay it anymore.
Oh thank G-d, once the verdict was reached that man had sinned and came short of the glory of G-d, requiring great redemption, Jesus stepped up and took the crown of thorns, endured the pain of the cross, went through the ignominious death on the cross for our sins and diseases, so we may be set free. 2Corinthians 5:21 tells us, “For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become, righteous-ness of G-d in Him.” Now we are free. Free at last! We no longer have to suffer the torment of not knowing where we will reside in eternity, or suffer with various illness and diseases. The price is paid in full! You are right now the righteousness of G-d in Christ Jesus when you come to Him. From now on, sleep well and rest assured that the price has been paid not only for your salvation, but for your healing, for your peace and for your deliverance. IT IS PAID IN FULL!
