Learning the Deep Mysteries of G-d
One of the crucial blessings of being now in Christ Jesus is the ability to see and locate the enormous amount of heavenly freebies (blessings) that our Heavenly Father has for us, His children. As we tap into these blessings, I believe life will be better and sweeter even in times of adversity because we will be learning the secrets of G-d.
In I Corinthians 2:12, 13, 16 we read, “Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit which is of G-d; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of G-d. 13 “…which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.” 16 “…but we have the mind of Christ."
The spirit that is in the world today will do everything to obscure all that has been freely given to us by our Heavenly Father. This encompasses every aspect of life, including spiritual gifts, a better knowledge of G-d and Christ Himself.
There is a corpse hanging on a cross between us and the world. There is a deep separation between us and the world; we belong to a different kingdom, we are released from the world values, practices, and even its ways of thinking because we have the mind of Christ and "the whole world lays under the sway of the wicked one" (1 John 5:19).
With us on the other hand, the Spirit of G-d will reveal all the blessings that G-d has given us. There will be a longing to be totally controlled and committed to the Government of Jesus Christ in our daily lives. We will begin to think just like Christ does, because we have the mind of Christ, and with the mind of Christ we will be able to see things like He does, to understand and comprehend facts of life as He does, thus, we will be able to tap into the secrets of G-d.
I believe that Father has many secrets and good things He wishes to reveal to His church, but are we recognizing that we have received the Spirit of G-d and have we given Him room to rule and reveal to us the secrets and good things that are there, and are free to all of us???
